This Privacy Policy explains how João Gabriel da Silva ("I") handles the information of visitors to this website, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

1. Data collected

This website has no forms or sign-up area. The only data processed is:

• Browsing data: information such as pages visited, time on page, device type, browser and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Contact data: when you click the WhatsApp button, the conversation happens outside this website. The name, number and messages you send are used only to reply to you and work on a possible proposal.

2. Purpose

The data is used to:

• Understand how the website is used and improve your experience;
• Reply to contacts and send business proposals;
• Comply with legal obligations, when required.

I do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to measure traffic and understand how the site is used. They are only turned on with your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), asked for in the notice shown on your first visit. You can accept, decline or withdraw consent at any time in "Cookie preferences", in the footer; declining deletes the analytics cookies. Declining does not limit access to the content, and your choice is stored only in your browser.

4. Third-party services

Some external services may process data according to their own policies:

• WhatsApp (Meta): contact channel;
• Google Analytics (Google): traffic metrics, only with your consent;
• Vercel: website hosting;
• Social networks: the links to Dribbble, GitHub, LinkedIn and Instagram lead to external platforms.

5. Cryptocurrency payments

Cryptocurrency payments are arranged directly with me, outside the website. Blockchain transactions are public and irreversible by nature. Wallet addresses are used only to confirm receipt.

6. Storage and security

Data is kept only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described. I take reasonable technical measures to protect information against unauthorized access.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may at any time request access, correction, anonymization or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. Just get in touch by e-mail.
